Pricing starts at

For the couple who needs full assistance with their wedding planning, including ongoing advice, guidance and consultation, scheduling and attendance of appointments, referral of vendors and assistance with locating a venue, contract and budget reviews, preparing a schedule and timeline and budget management, assistance with selecting design and theme, tracking of RSVP's, invitation design, contract review, Ceremony and Reception Planning, Rehearsal Direction and Full Wedding Day Coordination.

 

~Initial Consultation with Bride and Groom
~Ongoing consultation and advice 
~Preparing a budget 
~Preparing a planning schedule, timeline and checklists etc. 
~Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues 
~Assisting with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding 
~Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of the wedding 
*Creating, designing and setup of décor on wedding day (May Incur additional charges)
~Assisting with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations 

~Scheduling and atten
~Tracking RSVP’s and who will be attending (if requested) 
~Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors (baker, caterer, florist etc.) 
~Reviewing vendors’ contracts and coordinating with vendors 
~Providing information to obtain a marriage license and pre-marital counseling

~Preparing itineraries, seating list and name plates 
~Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to two hours)

Partial Planning: Month-of Coordination

Pricing starts at

$1500-2500

For the couple that needs ongoing advice, guidance and consultation, but is able to schedule and attend appointments, contact vendors and negotiate contracts etc. Partial planning assistance provides the couple with a planning schedule and checklist, assistance with selecting vendors and venues, assistance with selecting design and theme, Ceremony and Reception Planning, Rehearsal attendance and Full Day of Coordination.

~Monthly Follow Ups for Partial OR 60 days follow up for Month Of
~Preparing a planning schedule, timeline and checklists etc. 
~Providing information to obtain a marriage license and pre-marital counseling 
~Ceremony planning 

~2 Venue Visits 
~Preparing itineraries and seatling lists 
~Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to two hours) 
~ Coordinating, Instructing attendants about their duties and managing all vendors
